The Road to Roman Way

In 2015, the QCCLT’s first project of 20 affordable homes, was completed. We gave the name Roman Way to the development because there are the remains of a Roman Villa that lie to the north of the site.
This page tells the story of the path that QCCLT travelled that ultimately led to the fulfilment of our vision for the provision of attractive, affordable housing for the local community.
